A modern healthcare model where you pay a membership fee for enhanced, personalized medical care. No crowded waiting rooms, no rushed visits, direct access to your physician, same-day appointments, and proactive preventive care.
Is insurance required?
No. VitallyDoc operates outside insurance networks to give you fully customized care. You may still use your insurance for lab work, imaging, specialist referrals, and prescriptions.
Can I reach Dr. Carpio directly?

How do I request a medication refill?
Refills can be requested through the Patient Portal, by text, phone, or email. Most requests are processed within 24–48 hours. We also offer the optional ManifestRx program ($84/year) for home delivery of 1,000+ maintenance medications.
What types of appointments are available?
We offer follow-up visits, sick visits, telemedicine consultations, weight loss program, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, vitamin shots, and aesthetics, all with same-day or next-day availability.
What technology does VitallyDoc use to stay in touch?
We use text messaging, email, telemedicine for virtual visits, and the MyBodySite app for tracking your health data. We also integrate with wearables like Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Oura Ring.
How are my lab results and reports handled?
Every result is reviewed by Dr. Carpio with attention to clinical significance and long-term trends. Our team notifies you and schedules a consultation in-office or via telemedicine — to discuss recommendations and care plan adjustments.
